Longtemps taboue, cette forme d\u2019\u00e9puisement mental et physique m\u00e9rite aujourd\u2019hui toute notre attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reconna\u00eetre ses m\u00e9canismes, en identifier les signes avant-coureurs et comprendre comment le pr\u00e9venir, c\u2019est se donner les moyens de pr\u00e9server sa sant\u00e9 mentale.
